What about swiping?
Sorry guys, currently I do not have anything for swiping. In 2017 there was swiping for a while and then app returned back to tapping. Let's see how long the swiping stays this time. But many of my customers who like BlockCather asked me for a swiper and here's what one of them wrote to me "Crazy thing is, I bought that other swiper and its crap. We still use yours to catch the block and just manually swipe to accept it lol".
I can tell you that 2 of my clickers next to each other do swipe. You can buy the clickers and experiment for yourself if you are curious.
Other than that, for now, I can only suggest doing what my customer does.
Will the BlockCatcher work with my phone?
So far the only phone it didn't work on is newer Samsung J7. I have a J7 myself, but an older one, and it works on my phone very well. I personally tested the newer J7 and it didn't work.
iPhones: I tested the device on iPhones 6,7,8. It worked with all the phones I tested it on.
Is it easy to operate?
It's a great device but it's not a magic wand. You'll have to get used to it. You'll need to play with the device a little to feel how to understand how it interacts with your phone. There are different ways to hold the clickers. 2 clothespins are coming with the device. I experimented with different ones and you'll get the ones that work the best. You can hold the clickers with your fingers, or use chip clips or use double-sided tape. There is room for creativity. Please find the way that works for you and your phone the best.
How long can it work nonstop?
The longest I had it on was 4 hours.
Can it break the screen of my phone?
Absolutely not. The impact of the tapping parts on the screen is similar to the one of your fingers.
Can I leave it work at night?
Yes, you can. Just make sure your apps do not generate pop-up windows and set your alarm for one hour before the earliest block in your area. In my area, the earliest block starts at 5 am and my alarm should be set for 4 am to check the blocks I got.
Where are the reviews?
I don't ask my customers to review my device. This is specific to this gadget. You don't really want people around to have it. Look at the pictures, watch the videos and trust your intuition. I can say only that occasionally I receive emails from my customers who've been using my device for months and those are grateful emails and they mean a lot to me.
Can you make the wires longer for me?
The length of the wires is 12.5 inches. Right now I do not offer longer wires, but you can make them longer yourself. Use male-female jumper wires like these and secure the connection with electric tape or hot glue.
How long will this device last?
I'm using it for more than a year, but I do not deliver every day and don't do it 8 hours per day. I have other sources of income and have my child to take care of. Some of my customers, who used my device for months and used it much more intensively than I do, occasionally order a clicker from me. That tells me that they use the device, they like it, it works for them and they don't mind paying $23 to replace a clicker that for some reason is not working that well anymore. The clicker does have it's service life limit, it's not a perpetual motion machine. The more you use it, the faster it gets exhausted. I'll be here when you need to replace one.
It looks like my phone doesn't react to the clicks?
For Arduino, go to Settings → Developer Options. Set them On. Scroll down to Window animation scale, Transition animation scale, Animator duration scale, and turn everything off. Try now.
What if the app's functionality change?
I have no control over it. I do not offer a refund in this case. This is the known risk. Just one more risk among many that you face while working as a delivery partner. Plus there is always a chance that the functionality will change back again.
